Fagiolina Bruschetta (toasted Italian bread) with stewed fagiolinais very good stewed and seasoned with good olive oil of extra virgin quality, salt and pepper and even a clove of garlic.

It is very easy to cook, since being small it has no need to be put into soak all night long as other legumes. You only make it boil for about an hour.





You can prepare tasty dishes with fagiolina, here are some tips:

  • Bruschetta (toasted Italian bread) with stewed fagiolina
  • Fagiolina and pasta
  • Soup with fagiolina and shrimps
  • Soup with fagiolina and stale bread
  • Ravioli stuffed with fagiolina and Parmesan cheese
  • Fagiolina with pigskin (as the Romans ate it).

You can even prepare desserts, such as flan with fagiolina and cornmeal, garnished with egg-flip cream and flakes of plain chocolate.
