At Melagrani, we cultivate legumes like: chickpeas, cicerchia (grass peas), borlotti beans, cannellini beans, lentils and Trasimeno Lake beans. Thanks to the research of old peasants and the cooperation with the Lake Trasimeno Seed Bank we have obtained seeds of old varieties and ecotypes that have exceptional organoleptic features and adaptation to Organic farming.
Far from intensive industrial cultivation, we can assure that our farm produce are GMO Free.
In order to keep the produce features unaltered, we pack them in modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).
